Q- HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

A-Placing an order takes a few minutes on our website. Simply pick your favorite product from our shop, click “add to cart” and then on the next page press “proceed to checkout”. Now fill in your personal information and address details then click “Place Order”. Done! Your order is now in our system and will be processed. Nothing else needed on your part.

Q-HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING/DELIVERY COST?

A-

  1. Shipping is 50 EG within Cairo, Giza, Helwan, 6th of October 
  2. Shipping is for 55 EG for Alex, Ismailia, Port Said, Suez.
  3. Shipping is for 65 EG for Sharqia, Beheira, Dakahlia, Damietta, Gharbia, kafr el-Sheikh, Monufia, Qalyubia,
  4. Shipping is for 75 EG for Asyut, Beni Suef, Faiyum, Minya, Sohag
  5. Shipping is for 85 EG Aswan, Luxor, Qena, Red Sea.
  6. Shipping is for 120 EG New Valley, North Sinai, Matrouh
  7. Shipping is for 550 EG for the Rest of the world 

    Q-HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

    A-Delivery takes 2-6 working days Depending on your zone (weekends and official holidays are excluded).

    Q-I DON’T LIKE ORDERING THINGS ONLINE. WHAT IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG?

    A-This is a common concern we receive because unfortunately, a lot of online shops are dishonest. First off, here at Ayah el Rakhawy designs, you can choose to always pay on delivery. If there’s anything wrong with the product, we have a very simple return/exchange policy. You can get your full money back or exchange the product for a similar or a different one.

    Q-HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

    A-You can exchange or return the product within 1 day of receiving it. If you wish to exchange it for another product, the exchange fees will be 50 EGP. If you need to return it and get your money back, the return fees will be 50 EGP.
